Mutta Mala is a two-ingredient recipe using egg and sugar. This is one of the popular Ramzan recipes in Kerala.
Egg Yolks – 20
Sugar – 500grams
How to Prepare?
Separate egg yolks from the egg and keep it aside. Beat the yolks nicely in mixer grinder. Boil sugar and a little water in a round vessel. Carve a hole at the bottom of an egg, empty the contents and fill this egg shell with the beaten egg yolks. Rotate yolk filled egg shell in circular motion and create round shapes in the vessel in which the sugar is boiling. Continue this process until the egg yolks are finished. Stir and serve hot or cold.
Note: Please use more egg yolks or less sugar according to your preference
